This data disk contains over 1,500 specific descriptors in developmental and performance areas, inclusion settings and curriculum modifications to accurately represent the abilities of very young students with disabilities and students with severe to profound disabilities.

Designed to work in the Grady Profile platform, this assessment can be stored on disk or used to generate written reports for Annual, 3-year and/or Vocational Evaluations. This portfolio assessment allows educators to integrate audio and video vignettes, communication boards, photographs, and even object calendar systems into the student’s performance report.
