Training Program CD
Since the program has ended, Speak Up Texas! training materials have been designed to assist instructors of individuals with speech disabilities in teaching skills needed for telephone use via Speech to Speech.

Speak Up Texas! training materials are available on CD and are also downloadable from our website. All Speak Up Texas! training materials are free and may be reproduced for educational purposes.

The Speak Up Texas! Training Program CD:

• is specifically designed to teach persons with speech or communication disabilities how to communicate more effectively over the telephone using Speech to Speech ;
• can be used by teachers, speech therapists, teaching assistants, habilitation instructors or parents; and
• is a free service available to all Texans.

The CD contains:

• video overview of Speech to Speech training program;
• Speak Up Texas! training program consisting of 11 lessons; and
• 4-lesson “light” version of the training program.
